- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Conduct reference and background checks as required.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding activities.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, employment laws, and best hiring practices.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
