Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Design: Create detailed technical drawings, including layout plans, sectional drawings, civil drawings, and foundation drawings for water treatment projects.
- Piping and Cable Routing: Prepare piping drawings, cable routing diagrams, and as-built drawings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with civil engineers, project managers, and other team members to provide accurate engineering designs and construction documents.
- Project Types: Projects may involve water lines, sewer lines, lift stations, booster pump stations, wastewater treatment plants, and water treatment plants
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD: Strong command of AutoCAD software for drafting and design.
- Understanding of Water and Wastewater Systems: Familiarity with water treatment processes, infrastructure, and related systems.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise and accurate drawings.
- Time Management: Deliver drawings on schedule.
- 3 D modelling in Revit or solidworks*
- Detailed BOQ preparation
Experience and Education:
- Typically, a minimum of 0-2 years of experience as a CAD draftsman.
- Relevant engineering or technical background (e.g., civil engineering, environmental engineering, or related fields) is a plus
