The EDI HQ Support Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting critical EDI integrations ensuring smooth transaction processing troubleshooting issues and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain efficient B2B communication
Job Description
Support businesscritical EDI integrations across trading partners ERP systems and secure communication channels Monitor inbound and outbound EDI transactions dashboards s job failures and fileprocessing queues Troubleshoot production issues related to X12 transaction errors mapping failures data conversion errors missing files duplicate processing and communication failures Support various EDI document types including 850 Purchase Order 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgment 856 Advance Ship Notice 810 Invoice 830 Forecast and other businessspecific transaction sets Coordinate with business users ERP teams trading partners VAN providers and internal integration teams to resolve transaction and connectivity issues Manage secure communication channels such as AS2 SFTP FTP VAN and certificatebased integrations Perform impact assessments incident triage workaround execution root cause analysis and problem management followup Maintain and update runbooks SOPs support notes knowledge articles escalation matrices and operational checklists Support EDI partner onboarding testing map validation transaction flow validation and golive readiness Participate in change implementation deployment validation postdeployment monitoring and hypercare support Track certificate expiry mailboxDL s monitoring rules and implement proactive governance to prevent production issues Ensure SLA adherence timely ticket updates accurate documentation and effective stakeholder communication

Provide daytoday production support for EDI HQ applications transaction flows trading partner integrations and related interfaces Monitor and ensure timely processing of inboundoutbound EDI transactions and related s Troubleshoot and resolve EDI issues including transaction errors and communication failures Support multiple EDI document types and businessspecific transaction sets Coordinate with various teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain connectivity Manage secure file exchange protocols and certificatebased integrations Conduct incident triage root cause analysis and support problem management activities Update and maintain operational documentation such as runbooks and SOPs Assist in onboarding new EDI partners and validating transaction flows Support change management activities including deployment and postdeployment monitoring Monitor certificates and s to prevent production disruptions Maintain SLA compliance provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders
