As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will manage and grow client accounts across Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Temu, helping drive sales, optimize listings, and improve overall marketplace performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize client accounts on Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Temu.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns including Amazon PPC, Etsy Ads, and marketplace promotions.
- Monitor marketplace performance, account health, and policy compliance.
- Conduct A/B testing, conversion optimization, and sales funnel analysis.
- Analyze traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and new products.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping delays, and product concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Etsy UK
- TikTok Shop
- Temu Seller Center
- Experience with marketplace SEO and listing optimization.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
