Team Leader – Sales & Collection

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader (Sales & Collection) to lead business sourcing activities and collection operations in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales growth, portfolio quality, collection efficiency, dealer relationships, and team performance while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Sales Executives for achieving monthly business targets.
- Generate vehicle finance business through dealers, direct marketing, and field activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Ensure quality customer acquisition and proper documentation.
- Monitor disbursement pipeline and coordinate with internal departments for timely processing.
Collection Responsibilities
- Lead collection activities to achieve collection efficiency and portfolio quality targets.
- Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of installments.
- Plan and execute collection strategies for delinquent accounts.
- Conduct field visits for high-risk and overdue cases.
- Coordinate with customers, guarantors, dealers, and recovery agencies for collections.
- Support legal and repossession activities wherever required.
Team Management
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales and collection team.
- Allocate targets and monitor individual performance.
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
- Provide training and coaching to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track business, collection, and portfolio performance.
- Maintain accurate records and submit timely MIS reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Collection, or Team Handling in NBFC, Banking, Vehicle Finance, or Microfinance sector.
- Experience in commercial vehicle, three-wheeler, or auto finance industry will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and collection practices.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
