Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Molding Junior Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality assurance within the plastic injection molding industry and a passion for driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues related to plastic injection molding processes.
- Develop and maintain quality control plans and inspection procedures for injection molding production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes and provide feedback to production teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Lead efforts to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce scrap and rework rates.
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel on quality-related topics.
- Interface with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns and implement effective solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in plastic injection molding technology and quality assurance practices.
