About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to equip students and professionals with the interpersonal and workplace skills required to excel in their careers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong training presence, and the ability to engage learners through interactive training sessions.
Key Responsibilities

- Public Speaking
- Personality Development

- Time Management
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
- Leadership Skills
- Design and customize training content based on learner requirements.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and feedback sessions to evaluate learner progress.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual coaching where required.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to improve learner employability.
- Maintain training reports, attendance records, and learner performance data.
- Stay updated with current industry expectations and hiring trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences through interactive training methods.
- Good understanding of corporate communication and workplace etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Certification in Soft Skills, Behavioral Training, Learning & Development, or related fields is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,684.53 - ₹35,938.73 per month
