Job Summary
Ensuesoft is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and IT services sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and qualify potential leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other online sales platforms.
- Submit customized proposals and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Identify client requirements and match them with the company's services.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential target industries.
- Suggest new ideas and strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Maintain and update lead pipelines using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and proposals.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements to bidding and outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fresher- 1+ year of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Basic understanding of software development and IT services.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and lead generation tools is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
