1. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for Nursery, Jr. KG, or Sr. KG students.
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Use activity-based learning methods (storytelling, songs, games, art, and play-based activities).
- Develop students’ basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Maintain daily lesson plans, worksheets, and progress reports.
- Observe and assess each child’s development and learning progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behavior.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and school events.
- Ensure classroom discipline and safety at all times.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school management.
2. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Education), early education and development certification
3. Skills Required
- Patience and love for working with young children.
- Creativity in teaching methods.
- Classroom management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize activities and maintain records.
4.Salary: 15k to 23k
5. Experience
- 1–3 years experience in pre-primary teaching preferred.
- Freshers with ECCEd/Montessori training may also apply with good communication skills
