Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin to handle day-to-day administrative activities, office coordination, vendor management, and employee support activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office management activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, security, pantry, and stationery requirements.
- Monitor office facilities and ensure proper maintenance of assets.
- Handle petty cash and maintain expense records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, courier services, and office logistics.
- Support HR and other departments with administrative requirements.
- Manage employee seating arrangements and office supplies.
- Follow up on repair and maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with IT and facility teams for system-related issues.
- Handle incoming calls, visitors, and general office communication.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and follow-up capability.
Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- 0–1 years of experience in Administration/Facility Management preferred.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in office administration and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of maintaining expense trackers and office records.
Working Hours
- General shift / As per company policy.
Salary
- As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
