*Key Responsibilities:*
● Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to project timelines and budgets.
● Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for materials and services (e.g., furniture, lighting, joinery, flooring, etc.).
● Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality or timelines.
● Prepare RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders; analyze bids and finalize suppliers.
● Build and maintain a robust vendor database, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
● Coordinate closely with design, project management, and site teams to align procurement with design intent and site requirements.
● Monitor inventory levels, material tracking, and ensure logistics are in place for timely site delivery.
● Ensure adherence to contract terms, payment schedules, and regulatory compliance.
● Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations.
● Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and alternative suppliers.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
