About the Role
Tayana Solutions is looking for a dynamic and confident Telecalling Executive to handle domestic calls and engage with potential customers. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company services and offerings clearly
- Generate leads and maintain a database of prospects
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers
- Handle basic customer queries and provide solutions
- Maintain daily call reports and performance tracking
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Comfortable with calling and customer interaction
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools (preferred)
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
