- Work in a blended environment, handling customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain adherence to departmental productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Aim for achieving a first-call resolution to successfully recover outstanding balances.
- Professionally manage correspondence with customers.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus.
- Top-notch communication skills: You’re a natural communicator who can effortlessly engage with international clients.
- Experience: Proven experience in International voice process, particularly in US Debt Collections.
- Positive Attitude: You’re proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to bring energy to our team.
- Team Player: Collaboration is key, and you thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability: Willingness to work in shifts to accommodate International time zones.
- Open to commute to our Noida office as this position is fully “Work from Office”.

Pay: ₹25,230.38 - ₹50,320.69 per month
