Join the Founder's Office at Dare On Private Limited and work directly with the founder(s) on the company's highest-priority problems — strategy, operations, research, and execution, all in one seat.
What you'll do:
- Drive priority projects end-to-end with the founder
- Conduct market/competitor research for business decisions
- Build processes, trackers, and SOPs from scratch
- Coordinate across product, growth, ops, and hiring
- Prepare decks and analyses for investor/board updates
- Jump on ad-hoc tasks with no fixed owner
Who we're looking for:
- 0-3 years experience (interns welcome)
- Bachelor's degree, any discipline
- Strong ownership, communication, and Excel/deck skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore (in-office)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
