Prajapati NexaTech Solutions is urgently hiring a Senior Customer Support Executive to manage client communication, customer support operations and support team coordination.
The selected candidate will handle client calls, WhatsApp enquiries, email communication, support tickets, follow-ups, complaint resolution and coordination with the sales and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages and email enquiries
- Manage client support and service-related communication
- Guide customers about website, app, Shopify, SEO and IT services
- Maintain daily support reports and follow-up records
- Coordinate with sales, development and management teams
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Train and guide junior customer support executives
- Improve customer satisfaction and response quality
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Hindi and English speaking ability
- Customer support or client handling experience preferred
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- WhatsApp, email and CRM handling knowledge
- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Professional behaviour and problem-solving mindset
