Site Sales Executive / Site Head – Real Estate
Location: Nal Stop, Karve Nagar, Pune
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month + Attractive Incentives
We are hiring experienced Real Estate professionals for Site Sales Executive and Site Head roles. Candidates must have prior experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales with developers, direct builder projects, or developer-mandate firms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle site visits and client meetings
* Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Coordinate with developers and channel partners
* (For Site Head) Manage and guide the sales team to achieve business goals
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Presentable personality and professional attitude
* Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market
