Experience Required

Job ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Research potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, Clutch, and business directories.
- Identify decision-makers and collect business contact information.
- Build and maintain a high-quality lead database.
Business Development
- Contact prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects until project closure.
Digital Marketing
- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Create basic marketing creatives using Canva.
- Publish company updates, portfolio, and promotional content.
Website & SEO
- Update WordPress website content.
- Upload portfolio, blogs, and project information.
- Perform basic on-page SEO tasks.
AI Tools
- Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Canva AI to improve productivity and create marketing content.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain CRM records.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Track lead status and follow-up activities.
Skills Required
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Internet research skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
