At Mohjay Infotech, we are looking for an HR Operations & Recruiter Coordinator to support our MI Skills service. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, supporting enrolled candidates, coordinating with recruiters, and assisting in the placement process to ensure a seamless candidate journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of MI Skills.
- Coordinate with recruiters for interviews and placement activities.
- Assist recruiters during the placement process whenever required.
- Track candidate onboarding, attendance, progress, and documentation.
- Support candidates throughout the program.
- Maintain candidate records and operational reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Placement Coordination, or Student Relations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
