Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, manage communication, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Coordinate with different departments when needed
Requirements & Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
