- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official documents.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries when required.
- Coordinate with departments for follow-ups and task completion.
- Maintain records, files, and important business documents.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Support management in administrative and operational activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Additional certification in administration or secretarial practice is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in executive support, administration, or secretary roles preferred.
