Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to support our business development efforts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our logistics services including CFS, ICD, rail freight, and cold chain solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in EXIM logistics (CFS/ICD/rail services)
- Meet sales targets by promoting services to freight forwarders, CHA, and direct clients
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure service delivery
- Conduct regular market visits, attend trade events, and monitor competitor activities
- Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback
