Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage the CMD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Prioritize and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and business engagements.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing notes for meetings.
Screen and manage incoming communications, emails, and correspondence.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between the CMD and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with department heads for updates, reports, and action items.
Follow up on key decisions and ensure timely execution of directives from the CMD.
Draft professional emails, letters, and official communications.
Meeting Management
Organize board meetings, management reviews, and strategic discussions.
Record minutes of meetings and track action points.
Monitor progress on assigned tasks and provide status updates to the CMD.
Administrative Management
Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information.
Manage travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense reports.
Handle special projects and assignments as directed by the CMD.
Strategic & Business Support
Conduct research and compile business intelligence reports.
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and executive summaries.
Assist in project coordination and monitor key business initiatives.
Support the CMD in decision-making through data collection and analysis.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Key Skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
