About the Role:
Shoolini University is looking for Business Analysts to join the Career Development Centre. The role is ideal for BBA or MBA graduates specializing in Business Analytics who are interested in working in a dynamic university environment and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze placement, student, employer and career-related data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, presentations and analytical reports for management.
- Track placement trends, recruitment activities and key performance indicators.
- Support the Career Development Centre in planning and improving placement strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate and analyze relevant data.
- Identify trends, gaps and opportunities through data analysis.
- Support process improvement and other analytical initiatives of the department.
Eligibility:
- BBA or MBA in Business Analytics is mandatory.
- Freshers can apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Solan, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
