Performance Marketing Executive
Job Summary
The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and
reporting on all paid digital marketing campaigns across the Bluedot Group. The role focuses on
driving qualified leads, increasing conversions, improving return on investment (ROI), and
supporting revenue growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, campaign tracking,
conversion optimization, landing page performance, and analytics while working closely with
the Marketing, SEO, Content, and Business Development teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related
field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video, or Performance Max) preferred.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Certification is an advantage.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is an advantage.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets.
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max,
Demand Gen, Video, and Remarketing).
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting B2B audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROMI.
Analytics & Tracking
- Configure and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking across all campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic and user behaviour.
- Track campaign attribution and customer journeys.
- Build dashboards and performance reports.Lead Generation
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Reduce Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
- Work with CRM systems to monitor lead progression.
- Support Business Development through digital lead generation initiatives.
Landing Pages
- Develop and optimize campaign landing pages.
- Improve landing page conversion rates.
- Work with developers to ensure proper tracking implementation.
- Conduct user experience and performance reviews.
Campaign Optimization
- Perform keyword research and audience analysis.
- Monitor competitor campaigns and market trends.
- Optimize bidding strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Improve campaign profitability and performance.
Reporting
Prepare:
- Daily campaign reports.
- Weekly performance reports.
- Monthly management reports.
- Budget utilization reports.
- Lead generation reports.
- Revenue attribution reports.
- ROMI and ROAS reports.
- Campaign recommendations.
Requirement
- Strong English Communication skill
- 2-3 years of experiences in Digital marketing/Performance Marketer
- Experience of handling Medical/Travel/Aviation Clients.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
