Role Description: Solution Designer would have at least 10+ years of development experience out of which 4 years must be as solution designer. This Candidate must have strong SAP – HR design / development exposure in banking domain.
Required Experience and Skills:
- MUST have 10+ years of experience out of which 4 years must be as designer / architect.
- Must have prior design experience on SAP-HR
- Experience in Regulatory and Risk reporting is preferred.
- Experience with design of Data Models, Free Form and Report based on Regulatory Report Requirements.
- Understanding the Functional documents and work with BA/Users to ensure adherence to solution design.
- Contribute on behalf of Technology Team in the design / architecture discussions.
- Experience with Data warehousing / PL SQL is required.
- Good experience in Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehousing.
- Understanding and exposure to cloud concepts, preferably AWS
- Self – driven individual working with tight timelines
