Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and a proven track record of handling inbound and outbound calls effectively. The role involves generating leads, following up with potential customers, explaining products/services, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service.
- Ability to handle objections and close opportunities effectively.
