Junior Resident
Qualification
- MBBS from a recognized institution.
- Valid TCMC registration mandatory.
- Freshers or candidates with hospital experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing inpatient and outpatient medical care under the supervision of consultants.
- Attending emergency cases and assisting in patient management.
- Monitoring patient progress and maintaining medical records.
- Coordinating with consultants, nurses, and other departments for patient care.
- Assisting in clinical procedures and ward rounds.
- Ensuring timely documentation and case sheet updates.
- Responding to medical emergencies and casualty duties.
- Following hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Requirements
- Good clinical knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergency duties.
- Team-oriented and patient-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,705.14 per month
