Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration
● Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized workplace ● Maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and assets ● Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff ● Handle office seating, access cards, and general infrastructure support 2. Vendor & Facility Management ● Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, repairs, courier, and utilities ● Track AMC renewals, service schedules, and vendor invoices ● Negotiate basic pricing and ensure timely service delivery 3. Documentation & Records ● Maintain administrative files, contracts, and records (physical & digital) ● Track invoices, bills, and support finance team with documentation ● Maintain asset registers and office inventory records 4. Employee Support ● Provide administrative support to employees for office-related needs ● Assist HR team in onboarding formalities (ID cards, seating, system access) ● Coordinate travel bookings, meeting rooms, and visitor management 5. Compliance & Coordination ● Ensure basic statutory and safety compliance at office level ● Support audits by maintaining admin-related documents ● Coordinate internal events, meetings, and management visits Skills & Competencies ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills ● Good communication and coordination abilities ● Attention to detail and follow-up discipline ● Vendor handling and negotiation basics ● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
