We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Accounting Lab Faculty to provide practical training to students in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in accounting software and be passionate about helping students develop industry-relevant skills through hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical accounting lab sessions for students.
- Deliver hands-on training using industry-standard accounting software.
- Help students understand real-time accounting processes and business applications.
- Develop lab manuals, practical assignments, and assessment materials.
- Guide students in applying accounting concepts through case studies and practical exercises.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, financial reporting, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, Accounting Standards, and basic financial regulations.
- Ability to explain accounting concepts with practical, real-world examples.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
- Prior teaching, training, or accounting lab experience is preferred.
