About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing digital marketing projects. The candidate should have experience selling digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Content Marketing, and Performance Marketing to US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other outbound channels.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the US market.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls to understand client requirements.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, SEO, PPC, content, and web development teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Attend virtual networking events, webinars, and industry conferences to generate business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Proven experience handling US-based clients and international markets.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services including:
- SEO
- PPC/Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Performance Marketing
- Web Design & Development
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work in US time zones when required.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Existing network of US business contacts.
- Experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, and other lead-generation platforms.
