Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer communication, feedback collection, and payment follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to customers for feedback, payment reminders, and service updates
- Handle customer queries and complaints and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and order confirmations
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to resolve customer issues quickly
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM / internal console
- Support customer engagement activities and service-related updates
- Prepare daily and weekly reports (calls, feedback, and payment follow-ups)
Requirements
- Language: Tamil mandatory; Basic English preferred
- Experience: Freshers can apply (0–3 years experience in customer support / telecalling is an advantage)
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry ability
- Ability to handle customers politely and resolve issues effectively
Work Details
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
