Job Overview:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the fitness centre, ensuring business growth, excellent customer service, and smooth day-to-day functioning. This role combines leadership, sales, and operational management to drive profitability and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the fitness centre (staff, schedules, facilities)
- Lead, train, and supervise team members (trainers, front desk, sales staff)
- Develop and implement strategies to increase memberships and revenue
- Monitor sales targets and ensure team achieves monthly goals
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalations
- Oversee marketing activities, promotions, and local outreach campaigns
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of equipment
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Build relationships with members and ensure retention
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

Salary Range (India):
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
