Job Summary
We seek an Junior Façade Designer to lead design efforts for station projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project handling and scheduling with the station team for design.
- Efficiency in finding errors and resolving them.
- Project shop drawing development skills.
- Understanding of cost-saving methodologies in design.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Full responsibility for all fabrication and glazing orders related to the station.
- Structural coordination with structural engineer.
- To successfully attend and contribute to meetings with all relevant clients and consultants, and capability to communicate clearly and effectively while actively listening, addressing issues, and managing follow-up actions.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of technical training.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to review structural calculations and analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for design and drafting tasks.
- Efficiency in identifying design variations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Station Team leading capability.
