About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven SEO, Social Media Marketing & Google Ads Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing, with a proven track record of improving website rankings, generating quality leads, and increasing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, schema, internal linking, and site structure.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and other SEO tools.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques.
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
- Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPC.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create and execute social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for SEO, social media, and paid campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to improve campaign performance.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, or similar.
- Knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
- Google Analytics Certification (Preferred)
- Experience with WordPress websites.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Experience in Local SEO and E-commerce SEO is an added advantage.
