Key Responsibilities
- Quality Compliance: Ensuring manufacturing units adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) (cGMP) and Ministry of AYUSH guidelines.
- Resource Planning: Monitoring raw material procurement, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Managing production, packaging, and Quality Control (QC) teams.
- Execution: Supervising the daily production flow and meeting sales and supply business plans.
Job Timings : 9 to 5.30 Monday Off
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) with a specialization in Ayurveda, or a B.A.M.S. (Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree is typically required.
- Work Experience: Prior experience in herbal beauty, wellness, or nutraceutical manufacturing, specifically handling production management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
