Junior Executive – Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for maintaining customer records, payment trackers, MIS reports, and data management.
Draft and respond to professional emails and customer communications.
Coordinate with customers for Agreement Execution and ensure timely completion of documentation.
Follow up with customers for due payments and provide regular payment status updates.
Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and internal departments for seamless Registration Process execution.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates in the CRM system.
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and status updates for management.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM , preferably in Real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in English and Tamil.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes.
