Role Overview
We're looking for a versatile creative professional who can bring ideas to life through 3D animation, video editing, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who understands pacing, rhythm, and emotion in animation, and is comfortable leveraging AI-powered creative tools to accelerate workflows and push creative boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital, social, and broadcast content
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos with strong narrative flow, pacing, and sound design
- Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize concepts before production
- Design and animate logos, explainer videos, product showcases, social media content, and brand assets
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and design teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories
- Use AI-based tools (e.g., for video generation, upscaling, voice/audio, rotoscoping, image-to video, style transfer) to enhance quality and speed up production
- Maintain consistency in animation style, color grading, and brand visual identity across projects
- Stay updated on emerging animation trends, motion design techniques, and AI tools in the creative space
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a 3D Animator, Video Editor, or Motion Graphics Designer(portfolio/reel required)
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as:
- 3D: Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max
- Editing: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- Motion Graphics/Compositing: After Effects, Nuke, or similar
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, weight, staging)
- Excellent storytelling instincts — ability to craft narratives through visuals, pacing, and animation style
- A good eye for composition, color, typography, and sound design
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Kling, Luma, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Topaz, or similar) is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Experience with character animation or rigging
- Knowledge of motion capture workflows
- Basic understanding of scriptwriting or storyboarding
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
