- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting financial modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve problems.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and effectively.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
