The Grand Sona is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Office Guest Service Associates (GSA) to provide exceptional guest service and create memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints courteously and resolve them efficiently.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing.
- Follow hotel SOPs and maintain grooming standards.
- Operate IDS software for bookings and billing
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Front Office operations.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of hotel PMS software is preferred.
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.
