Business Development & Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels across target verticals.
Sales Cycle Ownership:
Own the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure —for cybersecurity and IT products including Email Security, DLP, Data Backup, VAPT, Endpoint Protection, and SaaS solutions.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Engage with key decision-makers including IT Heads, CIOs, and CTOs to understand business needs and position.
Account Management:
Nurture and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Market Intelligence:
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging threats to sharpen sales pitches and identify new market segments.
Pipeline Management & Reporting:
Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools; provide regular forecasts and performance
reports to the management team.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver seamless client presentations, POCs, and post-sale deployments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, SaaS products, and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and the ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
