About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and support compliance with statutory and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely documentation.
- Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including timely filing of returns.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions as required.
- Monitor cash flow and support budget preparation.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory-related financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- M.Com, CA Inter, or other relevant accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Experience in the healthcare, hospital, or clinical industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
