Who We're Looking For
Ironix is a Bengaluru-based performance apparel brand gearing up for launch and looking for a Graphic Designer who can hit the ground running. You'll be building the visual language of a brand from the ground up, from social content, campaign creatives, product visuals, and everything in between.
We want someone who thinks visually, moves fast, and knows how to use AI tools to work smarter without losing craft.
What You'll Do
- Design social media content across Instagram and other platforms: posts, reels covers, stories
- Develop launch campaign creatives and brand collateral
- Work closely with the founders and content team on visual direction
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance
- Maintain visual consistency across every touchpoint
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience (brand, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C is a plus)
- Strong portfolio showing social-first design work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent)
- Actively uses AI tools - Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar in your workflow
- Good eye for typography, layout, and color
- Able to work in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
