- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from posting job descriptions to interviewing and onboarding new staff.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts, handle grievances, and champion an inclusive, positive culture.
- Performance & Development: Oversee performance review systems, identify skill gaps, and design employee training and career growth programs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
