Summary:
As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing the overall data platform architecture, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to align system integrations and data models effectively. The position demands a strategic approach to building a robust and scalable data platform blueprint that supports organizational needs and future growth. The architect continuously evaluates and refines the platform design to maintain cohesion and efficiency across various data systems.

- Lead the development and implementation of data platform strategies to meet business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data architecture.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices related to cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure data pipelines and workflows.
- Ability to integrate diverse data sources and ensure data quality and consistency across platforms.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex data platform issues and optimizing performance.
