MyTSL CARE is looking for a confident, professional, and ambitious Business Development Associate to drive new business opportunities across the UK and international markets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong commercial mindset, and be comfortable using modern AI tools to improve productivity and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to convert opportunities into long-term clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional email writing and communication.
- Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
