We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Marketing & Sales Lead to spearhead the growth of our education brand , Knoa Labs Pvt Ltd. You will be responsible for building the market presence for a new venture focused on B2B corporate training, Integrated degree Add on Courses, Online trainings and industry certification partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Brand Management & Marketing
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for both B2C (individual learners) and B2B (corporates/colleges) segments.
Conduct deep market research to identify high-demand skill gaps in the local and national corporate landscape.
Design and oversee lead-generation campaigns across digital and offline channels (BTL activities, webinars, and seminars).
3. B2B & Institutional Alliances
Corporate Training: Identify and pitch customized training solutions to HR departments and L&D leads in the IT, Finance, and Manufacturing sectors.
Academic Partnerships: Secure "Add-on Course" alliances with colleges and universities to integrate specialized training into their degree programs.
Certification Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with industry bodies for co-branded certifications and placement ties.
3.B2C - Online Courses
Drive enrollment targets for analytics and technology programs through effective counseling and pipeline management.
Ensure a high lead-to-enrollment conversion rate by optimizing the sales funnel and customer journey.
4. Team Leadership & Operations
Manage daily operations at the Calicut office, ensuring exceptional customer service and student satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and marketing ROI to pivot strategies as needed for the new brand’s market entry.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within EdTech, Corporate Training, or Higher Education.
B2B Prowess: Proven track record of handling B2B sales cycles, including cold outreach, pitching to CXOs/Principals, and contract negotiation.
Communication: Exceptional English and Malayalam communication skills are essential for local networking and high-level corporate presentations.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to build a brand from scratch—from identifying "Minimum Viable Products" (MVPs) in training to full-scale launch.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data-driven marketing analytics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of monthly B2B enrollments & B2C enrollments.
Number of signed MoUs/Partnerships with academic institutions.
Revenue generated from B2B corporate training contracts
