About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable visiting faculty members for our Junior College (Commerce stream). The role involves teaching Std. XI & XII students as per the Maharashtra State Board curriculum, with a focus on conceptual clarity and exam readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver subject lectures as per the prescribed syllabus and timetable
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus (“portion”)
- Conduct practical sessions and viva examinations where applicable
- Prepare question papers and internal assessments
- Supervise examinations as assigned
- Evaluate answer sheets, including board-related work when required
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject (B.Com/M.Com/BA/MA/related fields)
- Strong subject knowledge for Std. XI & XII Maharashtra Board
- Prior teaching experience in junior college preferred
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to guide students for board exam preparation
