Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (air conditioners, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, etc.)
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure proper temperature and air quality standards
- Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with regulations
- Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Assist in energy conservation initiatives and system efficiency improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (preferably in hotels or commercial buildings)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and refrigerant handling
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (Hospitality industry preferred)
