We are a premium luxury carpet brand with an established presence in India and the Middle East, catering to discerning residential, hospitality, and design clientele. We are looking for a dynamic and polished Business Development Executive / Sales Representative to join our team in New Delhi.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a refined understanding of luxury clientele, and the ability to build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, hospitality professionals, and high-net-worth clients.
This role is suited to someone who is confident, well-spoken, commercially driven, and passionate about luxury interiors and design.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, and private clients
* Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s client network
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and showroom visits
* Coordinate with international and domestic teams on projects and client requirements
* Follow up on leads, quotations, and project discussions professionally
* Represent the brand at exhibitions, design events, and industry gatherings
* Maintain a high level of client service aligned with a luxury brand image
Desired Candidate Profile
* 3–5 years of experience in business development, luxury sales, hospitality sales, interior products, or related fields
* Background in luxury brands, hospitality, interiors, furniture, décor, textiles, or design-related industries preferred
* Experience interacting with architects and interior designers is highly desirable
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
* Professional appearance and polished communication style
* Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented
* Ability to work independently and manage client relationships with sophistication
Preferred Qualities
* A strong “people person” with confidence and warmth
* Understanding of luxury aesthetics and client expectations
* Existing industry contacts are an advantage
* Passion for design, craftsmanship, and luxury products
