- Clinical Assistance: Helping senior staff prepare medical equipment, set up sterile fields, and assist during minor procedures.
- Medication Administration: Administering basic medications and injections, strictly under the guidance of a licensed nurse or doctor.
Required QualificationsTo become eligible for a staff nurse trainee position, you generally need to meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background:
- B.Sc. Nursing: A 4-year bachelor's degree in nursing from a recognized institution.
- OR GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery): A 3-year diploma in nursing.
- Note: You must have typically cleared your 10th,10+2 with science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to enroll in these courses.
Age Limit: Usually between 18 and 35 years, with government and public sector institutions offering upper-age relaxations for reserved categories
